An issue with the engine management running on Windows XP has been resolved. The problem was that the Haltech F9A EFI computer failed to communicate with anything newer than Windows 98, so this was overcome by using a Virtual PC application.
The application can be run through the MP3 entertainment software similar to the final iCar software, by using the external applications link.
So far it has been quite stable, and it even saves all the data, so the EFI computer and main PC do not need to upload anything, just starts up from where it was last used.
